Baby bottles are now typically angled like this so really it was only a matter of time before the same principle was applied to other uses. The Easy Drink water bottle is designed by Chen Yu-Hsin and has an offset mouth. In addition to making the bottles easier to use, the angled opening is designed to assist with refilling the bottles from sinks and water fountains.
