Art deco styling at Prada who showed fine beading in geometric shapes, double-breasted coat dresses, knee length skirts paired with knee-high socks and sandals.
There were exposed shoulders and although we thought that trend was on its deathbed perhaps Prada can breathe some life into it. Models wore sparse feathers in their hair and tailoring was softened with sheer pleated organza overlays on skirts. Although the pieces were layers, there was still a certain amount of lightness due to the fabric used.
