The curated works of Kenyan-born British artist Dame Magdalene Odundo, celebrated for her hand-built vessels which often speak to her cultural heritage, are currently on display at Houghton Hall, one of England's finest historical estates. Taking centre stage is a monumental piece the result of Odundo’s time as the artist in residence at Wedgwood, the iconic British porcelain manufacturer. 

For us this series of beautiful and colourful coffee tables and a single totem sculpture give off a jolie laide vibe - with shades of 1980s Memphis design.

These renderings of Saut D’Eau House (which we wrote about here) were commissioned by the architectural studio Ackee Workshop to help visualize the serene, open plan residence which is scheduled to break ground in 2025.

Interlockables collection, designed by New York-based design brand House of RoRo is a wonderful mix of whimsy and function. Founded by interior designer Anne-Sophie Rosseel (who also founded Rosseel Studio), the child-sized line of furniture is designed to coexist harmoniously in so-called adult spaces and has been developed using sustainable processes intended to reduce overconsumption.
