No real trends here, just a lot of sparkly sequins, flowing feathers, and rich velvet. Shapes tended to be fairly long and lean. There was a fair amount of pattern in the form of animal print and Prince of Wales check, both of which could be found on coats and suits. But it wasn’t all staid and boring: Scervino livened up the collection by interspersing some pretty, sheer, slip gowns in ebony or ivory and tea-length dresses embellished with gold crystals among the more sedate pieces.
