We have completely dropped the ball with our fashion show coverage, so in an attempt to get back on track let’s have a quick look at the rest of the notable collections out of Milan starting with Plan C's presentation, before taking a quick spin around Paris.

There was much to love here and in particular the tailored pieces were standouts. Designer Carolina Castiglioni showed gorgeous felted wool coats and suits with a modern, militaristic feel in traditionally masculine and technical fabrics. We loved the colour palette that spanned the rainbow but still managed to be tonal and not garish. The few floral pieces that turned up at the end resembled a 1980s wallpaper pattern, but in a good way.

Bianca, the line's triangular stick figure mascot, showed up once again on leather bags and totes, and rubber appliqués. An abstract, graphic of Castiglioni’s daughter wearing 3-D glasses which was printed on t-shirts and bags was also an affective touch.
