Sportmax’s fashion director Grazia Malagoli showcased some of the best in Italian sportswear.
This included tucked and draped capes, impeccably tailored suits, and ruched dresses. Bouclé and velvet created texture and sparkle added a festive touch. There is no doubt leather in all its iterations will be huge come fall, and we liked the treatment it was given in this collection where a glimpse was exposed underneath a wool skirt or the material was used to create a buckled bib. The effect was not overwhelming but sophisticated even when faux leather was used to create a two-piece blue suit.
