Karben Wood is a furniture studio founded with sustainability and longevity in mind.
Interior designer Lia Karras and former lawyer David Benson produce small batch, solid wood furniture made by hand in Toronto. Two of their pieces, the Anni bench and the Georgia chair, take their cues from the traditional Windsor chair and evoke the aesthetic of Hans Wegner. The beautiful and timeless pieces are made of solid ash with a hand-oiled finish.
