A sleek, modern collection lightened considerably by the use of whimsical touches including beaded and other fringe on cuffs of shorts, dangling from sleeves and marking the tiers of dresses and skirts. After months of being locked down, this was another collection that took travel as its inspiration fairly literally.

Proenza Schouler showed gorgeous tailored coats, including sleeveless trenches made of wool and leather, while a couple of the pleated dresses in the collection resembled ones we have seen in store right now which means either they are completely on trend or ever so slightly behind the times.

Of course the accessories were strong with both bags and shoes being highly covetable pieces - dare we say - perhaps even more than some of the clothes. The models wore deconstructed leis around their necks in lieu of jewellery and the collection mixed scuba and surfing motifs and a colour palette straight from nature.
