Erdem’s collection exuded a dreamy, romantic quality with painterly touches and delicate fabrics.
Oversized portraits by Kaye Donachie adorned garments, blending seamlessly with concentrated frilled textures that mimicked the softness of watercolors. Embroidered florals - also based on sketches by Donachie - were stitched on to wool and leather and three-dimensional fringing, cascaded from bodices and skirts, adding depth and movement. The ethereal designs felt both nostalgic and modern, capturing an air of elegance and artistry. Each piece balanced structure and fluidity, creating a harmonious fusion of texture and print. A memorable collection, it celebrated the beauty of handcrafted details with poetic refinement.
