I have always thought what we call chicken wire had a lot of design potential, and it looks like I was right.  Nendo appear to have recognised this and have created a series of objects for the Carpenters Workshop Gallery using what they've termed "agricultural nets".  Called the Farming-net Collection, the sculptural objects are made by forming the nets using heat.  As the nets are more flexible than wire mesh, they were able to get around the need to use a separate form to make the structure, so what you see is what you get.
