Water views of Smith’s Sound and Dolly’s Bay can be enjoyed through the house's numerous large windows and retractable doors. The fluid design of the open-plan living area and expansive covered porch space provide a number of entertaining options.
In addition to the house, Oswego Island is home to a boat shed, two deepwater docks that can accommodate boats up to 100 feet and lush grounds populated with endemic plant species, navigable via a network of well-lit garden paths. The mature gardens also feature levelled grass terraces which provide quiet, shaded areas for residents to enjoy.
