Target have announced that their next high-fashion partner will be 3.1 Phillip Lim. The collection will hit stores shortly after the completion of New York's Fashion Week on September 15 and will consist of more than 100 items for women and men ranging in price from $20 to $300. A teaser trailer and sketches of the line were released last week as Target steps up promotion for the collaboration.
