Ilinčić showed her distinctive colour-blocked combinations this time in rich leather, heavy satin and technical taffeta. She also drew on the work of American artist Lee Krasner and used sketched images to create a monochromatic collage which she used effectively on dresses and blouses. With a brief nod at sustainability, she used leftover fabric effectively to create a flowing, patchwork gown and we loved the chunky, textural knits which provided a wonderful, rustic touch to an otherwise sophisticated collection.
